Ingredients

  1. 1packet Bean sprouts
  2. For the seasoning:
  3. 3 tbspGround sesame seeds
  4. 1/2 tspor more Finely grated garlic
  5. 1 tbspSesame oil
  6. 1/3to 1/2 teaspoon Salt

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Boil the bean sprouts in water with some salt (not included in ingredients), strain and drain excess water.

  2. 2

    Combine seasonings in a bowl and mix.

  3. 3

    Add bean sprouts to the bowl from Step 2, mix well, and serve. Garnish with scallions to taste.
