Ingredients

  1. 5thin sliced boneless pork chops
  2. 1 cancream of mushroom soup
  3. 1 pintslow fat sour cream
  4. 1 lbpasta of choice, I used thin spaghetti
  5. 1garlic powder to taste
  6. 1Black pepper to taste

  1. 1

    Season the pork chops with garlic powder and black pepper. Saute in a medium skillet, until no longer pink.

  2. 2

    Meanwhile, boil and drain pasta. Set aside. Use butter to coat pasta while sitting to flavor and keep from sticking.

  3. 3

    Once pork is cooked, add soup and about 2 cups of water to make a sauce. Let simmer for 5 minutes with a lid on.

  4. 4

    Add sour cream, and mix well. Let simmer for 5 more minutes.

  5. 5

    Plate pork chops. Add pasta as a side, topping with the sauce. Enjoy!
