Steps
- 1
Add olive oil and heat till nice and hot. Meanwhile cut chicken into cubes and add to pan.
- 2
Wait til the chicken starta to turn brownish, and add lemon juice, kikkoman sauce and minced garlic. Toss chicken so it gets well coated.
- 3
Heat to boiling on medium to high heat, as soon as boiling, let simmer for about 8-10 minutes. Toss chicken once more ensuring chicken gets well coated.
- 4
If sauce is too thin, add a teaspoon of cornstarch. Toss one last timr and check to see if chicken is cooked thoroughly.
- 5
Meanwhile, fill steam pot and add broccoli. This should take about 5 minutes depending on how much broccoli you use :) i usually leave the green stems on and toss the middle part.
- 6
Make sure chicken is completely cooked, tossing a second time. Add half a cup of water if sauce is too salty. :)
