Ingredients

For 4 persons
  1. 12 slicesBrown bread
  2. Green chutney
  3. 2Amul cheese cubes
  4. 2beetroot boiled and cut into thin slices
  5. 3potatoes boiled and cut into small round slices
  6. 2onion cut into thin round slices
  7. 2cucumber cut into thin slices
  8. 2tomatoes cut into small slices
  9. Butter
  10. Chaat masala
  11. 1Capsicum cut into thin strips

Steps

    Take two bread slices

  2. 2

    Apply butter then green chutney

  3. 3

    Arrange potato slices then beetroot slices

  4. 4

    Then onion slices

  5. 5

    Cucumber and tomato slices

  6. 6

    Add thin strips of capsicum

  7. 7

    Sprinkle chaat masala

  8. 8

    Add grated cheese

  9. 9

    Cover with another slice

  10. 10

    Heat non stick tava

  11. 11

    Keep the sandwich on it

  12. 12

    And Toast on both sides

  13. 13

    On slow flame

  14. 14

    Till Golden brown

  15. 15

    Serve with green chutney
