  1. 1cauliflower
  2. 1/4ground beef
  3. 1 cantomato
  4. 1 tbsptomato paste
  5. bunchsalt
  6. bunchcoriander
  7. bunchground cumin
  8. 1 pieceMaggi
  9. grated parmesan cheese
  10. Cheddar cheese
  11. pinchground black pepper
  12. 1 largeonion
  13. oil
  14. 2 clovegarlic

Steps

  1. 1

    Boil the cauliflower add salt, pepper ,Cummin and coriander.

  2. 2

    Add oil with garlic and onion then the beef

  3. 3

    Add tomato sauce and tomato paste to beef.

  4. 4

    Add maggi and spices.

  5. 5

    Mix cauliflower with beef little cheese then add cheese in the top.

  6. 6

    Put in the oven until cheese melt.
