Slice dice your chicken breast. Add mexican spices to your liking

Heat pan. Add oil , Add chicken to a large saute or pot. Cook and stir for about 5 minutes . Transfer to a plate .

Dice vegetables. Add bell peppers and onion to pan . Cook until soft about 7 minutes. Add garlic. Cook 1 minute. Add to chicken plate.

Add tomatoes with green chile's, chicken broth, and pasta. Bring to a boil. Cover. Cook on medium. Stir/shake pot to mix often.

Add chicken plate to pasta mix. Add sour cream to pot. Mix. Cook about 3 minutes.

Top with avocados, cilantro, and green onions.
