Ingredients

  1. 2 tbspolive oil
  2. 1large onion, chopped
  3. 1carrot, minced
  4. 1large celery stalk, minced
  5. 20 ozlean ground turkey
  6. salt and pepper
  7. 2 pinchHerb de Provence
  8. 2red bell peppers, chopped
  9. 12 ozmushrooms, sliced
  10. 2 canchicken broth
  11. 3 tbspall-purpose flour
  12. 1/2 cupmilk
  13. 1 packagespasta

Cooking Instructions

    Cook onions, celery and carrots in the oil until soft.

    Add ground turkey, peppers and seasoning. Cook until the meat is done.

    Pour in broth and add the mushrooms.

  4. 4

    Mix flour and milk in a small dish.

  5. 5

    Once the broth starts to get hot, pour in the thickener.

  6. 6

    When done serve with cooked pasta or over rice.
