I suppose technically this is broccoli something soup.. But my husband calls it celestial soup because it is his ultimate not feeling well meal. Delicious and SUPER easy!

Ingredients

1/2 stickReal salted butter
2 headBroccolli
3Celery stalks
1/2Sweet onion
12 cupWater
1/3 cupChicken seasoning
1 tspBlack pepper
1 cupHalf and half

Steps

Melt butter in large pan.

Chop onion and celery stalks. Chop broccoli florets tiny. Add to melted butter in pan.

Sauté till crisp tender.

Add remaining ingredients and simmer till vegetables are done to preference.
