  1. 4habanero peppers; tops trimmed
  2. 5 bunchscallions; trimmed
  3. 1yellow onion; rough chop
  4. 3 clovegarlic; minced
  5. 3/4 cupvegetable oil
  6. 1/2 cupapple cider vinegar
  7. 2 tbspground allspice
  8. 1 tbspfresh thyme; minced
  9. 1 tbspbrown sugar
  10. 1 tbspcinnamon
  11. 1 tbspground coriander seed
  12. 1 tbspwhite pepper
  13. 1 tspground cloves
  14. 1 tspground nutmeg
  15. 1zest and juice of 1 lime
  16. 1 pinchof salt
