  • 1side salmon; fabricated and portioned
  • 1 cupsoy sauce
  • 1/3 cuprice vinegar
  • 1/4 cupoyster sauce
  • 1 tbspworchestershire
  • 2 clovegarlic; minced
  • 1 tbsponion powder
  • 1 tbsplemon peel seasoning
  • 1 tbspginger; grated
  • 2 tspwhite pepper

    Combine wet ingredients and dried spices. Whisk briefly to incorporate.

  2. 2

    Add salmon and let marinate for no longer than one hour. Pat the salmon dry before seasoning and cooking!

  3. 3

    Cooking Suggestion; Season with a tiny bit of olive oil, lemon peel seasoning, onion and garlic powder, and white pepper. Cover with mango mustard and bake at 350° for approximately 25-30 minutes or until salmon reaches 145° or desired doneness.
