  4. 1large onion
  5. Salt

    Boil chopped Maton in a surprise till all water drains

  2. 2

    Add cooking oil and stir

  3. 3

    Add chopped onions and stir until golden brown

  4. 4

    Add chopped coriander and stir

  5. 5

    Add salt and roycco, let it cook for 5 minute and remove from heat

  6. 6

    Serve while hot
