Usually in a typical Indian chicken roll they don't use lettuce or basil leaves but I love adding them to my rolls, makes it tastier and healthier food.

Steps
- 1
~cut the chicken into long strips and marinate it for 2 hours (or more) ~heat oil in pan and pan fry it or deep fry it until golden brown and crisp. ~transfer into a kitchen paper towel.
- 2
~Spread the sauce or mayonnaise in your tortellini/ roti (I used two Roti's for mayonnaise and other two for schezwan sauce <- for those who like it spicy) ~place the lettuce, add tomato, onion, chicken and basil leaves. ~sprinkle salt and black pepper on top. ~roll up the roti
- 3
Serve and enjoy ^^ ~Optional : add cheese or an egg to your rolls.
