Ingredients

1onion, chopped
1 canPeeled Tomatoes
1 tbspbrown sugar
1Splash of Vinegar
1 tspthyme
1 tsporegano
1Salt & Pepper To Taste
2 cloveGarlic
1Sachet Of Tomato Paste

Steps

Chop Onion finely and sauté with Garlic until cooked. Do not burn.

Add can of tomatoes. Herbs. Salt and pepper. Sugar and vinegar and Tomato paste
3

Allow to simmer at very low heat for 30mins.

Serve with any pasta. Also good for Chicken Parmasean :)
