Ingredients

  • 1onion, chopped
  • 1 canPeeled Tomatoes
  • 1 tbspbrown sugar
  • 1Splash of Vinegar
  • 1 tspthyme
  • 1 tsporegano
  • 1Salt & Pepper To Taste
  • 2 cloveGarlic
  • 1Sachet Of Tomato Paste

Steps

  1. 1

    Chop Onion finely and sauté with Garlic until cooked. Do not burn.

  2. 2

    Add can of tomatoes. Herbs. Salt and pepper. Sugar and vinegar and Tomato paste

  3. 3

    Allow to simmer at very low heat for 30mins.

  4. 4

    Serve with any pasta. Also good for Chicken Parmasean :)
