Dice chicken in small pieces. Brown all sides quickly

Get chicken out of pan and put aside. Slice chorizo and quickly fry in the same pan.

Get chorizo out of pan and put aside. Add remaining vegetable oil. Chop onion, bell pepper, garlic and bake in pan untill onion seems done.

Add tomato paste

Once mixture is heated throug add diced tomatoes, 450ml of broth and the herbs. Stir firmly to release any flavors stuck on bottom of pan. Heat untill close to boil point.

Once heated through, add chorizo, chicken and remaining broth. Get everything to a simmer.

Add rice. Stir firmly and put lid on pan. Reduce heat on the fire and let it simmer for 20min
