Chocolate Squares

Favourite recipe from mum.
Number of biscuits can vary depending on the size, so you can make it extra gooey if you want.
I find that plain chocolate can be a bit too sweet at times so dark chocolate can be used too

Steps
- 1
Smash biscuits in a bowl into powder/small pieces and add cocoa powder.
- 2
Heat and melt butter and golden syrup in pan
- 3
Add crushed biscuits to syrup and butter. Then mix together
- 4
Press into bottom of cake tin with fork.
- 5
Melt chocolate and cover biscuit base
- 6
Put in fridge and wait until chocolate has solidified
- 7
Take tin out of the fridge and chop up. (May want to wait a few minutes so chocolate doesn't crack as easily)
