Wash,peel and grate the carrots.

Boil milk in a pan and add the carrots after first boil and simmer the flame. Cook the carrots in low flame by stirring at regular intervals.

When the carrots are cooked properly and absorbed all the milk, add sugar, cardamom powder and stir it.

Add the ghee and fry for 8-10 min on medium to high flame.

Switch off the flame when the carrots are cooked in ghee. Add the chopped dry fruits. Carrot halwa is ready to serve.
