Sophie's Garlic Cheating Chicken Curry

If you've got pre cooked or leftover chicken in the fridge, this would be even faster. You could do the chicken in a bowl covered with cling film in the microwave for a few minutes before adding to the yoghurt for a really quick dinner.
Sophie's Garlic Cheating Chicken Curry
If you've got pre cooked or leftover chicken in the fridge, this would be even faster. You could do the chicken in a bowl covered with cling film in the microwave for a few minutes before adding to the yoghurt for a really quick dinner.
Steps
- 1
Preheat your oven to 180°C.
- 2
Take your soup powder and garlic powder and mix with about 50ml boiling water.
- 3
Make a pouch from foil and place the chicken inside.
- 4
Pour your soup mixture on the chicken, and seal the foil up so that it will not leak.
- 5
Bake for approximately 30 minutes.
- 6
About 10 minutes before your chicken is done baking, put your rice on to boil.
- 7
In another saucepan, gently heat your yogurt. Add the rest of your ingredients.
- 8
When time is up, remove your chicken from the oven. Carefully open the foil packet (careful of steam!) and pour any liquid into your yogurt.
- 9
Chop the chicken into bitesize chunks and continue to simmer until your rice is done.
- 10
Serve and enjoy!
