Ingredients

20minutes
4 servings
  • 200 gsemolina
  • 3 tablespoonrefined oil
  • 1medium sized onion
  • Halflemon
  • Handfulpeanuts
  • Handfulcashewnuts
  • Salt...as per taste
  • Curry leaves...few
  • 20 gcoriander leaves
  • Carrot..one shredded
  • Handfulpeas
  • 20 gmustard seeds
  • 2-3red chillies dry

Steps

20minutes

    In a wok dry roast sooji..

  2. 2

    Now take another wok..warm the oil and add mustard seeds

  3. 3

    Allow them to splitter and also add chana dal half a spoon and urad dal half a spoon.

  4. 4

    Add onions..caramalise them..

  5. 5

    Add veggies of your choice.

  6. 6

    Allow them to simmer for sometime..

  7. 7

    Add roasted sooji now and add 800 g water

  8. 8

    Stir it constantly

  9. 9

    Let it attain a desirable consistency

  10. 10

    Add curry leaves..peanuts pre roasted.dry red chilly.

    Your healthy upma is ready
