Red chillies jo vegetable market se thori gili wali milti hai vo use karein.red chillies ki pichli dandi ko tor le.

Ab garlic chillies aur curry leaves ko mixer me dal ke ache se grind kar ke paste bana le.

Ab kadahi me ghee(oil)garam kar ke flame low kar de.

Ab usme garlic, chilli ka paste dale.ache se bhune 4-5 minutes tak.

Ab usme salt add karein.ache se mix karein.2,4minutes aur pakaye.flame off kar de aur thanda hone de.

Chutney ban kar ready hai.ise ap roti ke sath bread toast par spread kar ke kha sakte hai.
