Ingredients

20 minutes
  1. 1fish- deep fried already
  2. 1medium size onion
  3. 2large tomatoes
  4. 2garlic cloves. Pounded

Steps

20 minutes
  1. 1

    Put oil in a pan. Add in onions and stir till soft. Add in garlic and stir until a sweet aroma is produced.

  2. 2

    Add in tomatoes and stir well until soft. Add in salt and stir. Then add in water a half a litre then stir.

  3. 3

    Let water boil. Then add in the predeep fried fish.
