Steps

Cut the meat and boil until tender while washing and soaking rice.

Then put oil and stir until brownish. Then add in onions and crushed garlic and ginger. Stir.

Once dark brown, add pilau masala and mix. then add tomatoes and stir until tender.

Add in the soaked rice in to the mixture and mix until rice starts to stick at the bottom.. Add 2 cups of water. Mix well cover to simmer.

When was is almost over uncover and stir and it cook until ready.
