Ingredients

  • 4giant snail
  • 1small green bell pepper (sliced)
  • 1small red bell pepper (sliced)
  • 1small yellow bell pepper (sliced)
  • 2medium onions (sliced)
  • 5medium scotch bonnet peppers (sliced)
  • 1 1/2 teaspooncurry powder
  • Seasoning
  • Salt
  • Vegetable oil to fry snail

  1. 1

    Wash snail with alum properly and place in a pot of boiling water and boil for 7minutes then remove the snail and wash with salt

  2. 2

    Rinse properly and put in a clean pot with water, add 1 of the sliced onions, seasoning, salt and curry powder and bring to the boil

  3. 3

    When it is tender to taste, remove from heat and dice snail in big chuncks

  4. 4

    Then fry in vegetable oil and set aside

  5. 5

    Place a clean pan on the fire and add 20ml vegetable oil. Then add the sliced peppers and 1 of the sliced onions and stir fry for 1 minutes

  6. 6

    Then add a 1/2 teaspoon of curry powder, little seasoning and stir for 30secs then pour in the fried snail

  7. 7

    Stir fry for another 2 minute
