Ingredients

  1. 4chicken legs or thighs
  2. 1 tbsptoasted ground cumin
  3. 2 tsppaprika
  4. 2 tspmexican oregano
  5. 2 tsponion powder
  6. 2 tspgarlic powder
  7. 2 tspground white pepper
  8. 1salt
  9. 1vegetable oil; as needed

Cooking Instructions

    Toss chicken with enough oil to cover. Season chicken with dried spices except salt.

    Marinate up to 48 hours.

  3. 3

    Add salt. Bake at 350° for approximately one hour or until thermometer reaches 165°.

    Flip legs over half way during cooking.

    Variations; Wet marinade, smoked paprika, salsa, tequila, thyme, parsley, mustard, chipotle, adobo, mango, cilantro, mole, cayenne, citrus zest/juice
