Ingredients

  1. 1/2 lbcooked ground beef
  2. 2 cupsharp cheddar
  3. 1 1/2 lbfrozen shredded hashbrown
  4. 1 tspsalt
  5. 1black pepper
  6. 1/2 cupchopped vidalia onion
  7. 1 cancream of chicken soup
  8. 1/2 cupmargarine

Cooking Instructions

    Preheat oven to 350°F

  2. 2

    Use non stick pan, spray with non stick spray if needed.

    Combine margarine, soup, salt, pepper, onions, and cheese. Mix well

  4. 4

    Pour potatoes into baking pan. Pour mixture on top of potatoes. Let set for 5 minutes.

    Sprinkle beef on top evenly.

  6. 6

    Baked uncovered for 35 minutes uncovered.

I'm having a hard time finding frozen hashbrowns now. How would I adjust to use fresh shredded potatoes?
