Ingredients

6 servings
  • fudge layer
  • 3 ozsemi sweet baking chocolate
  • 4 tbspor more peanut butter
  • 1 dashChocolate almond milk
  • 4egg yolks
  • 1sugar
  • crust
  • 2 tbspmargarine
  • 1cocoa powder
  • 1sugar
  • 1 1/2 cupGraham cracker crumbs
  • meringue layer
  • 4egg whites
  • 1cocoa powder
  • 1sugar

Steps

  1. 1

    Melt margarine

  2. 2

    Mix together all crust ingredients

  3. 3

    Bake in 350° oven for 7-10 minutes

  4. 4

    Melt chocolate, almond milk, peanut butter together

  5. 5

    Take off heat once it's melted, slowly add in egg and mix fast

  6. 6

    Pour on top of crust

  7. 7

    Whip egg whites into a stiff meringue

  8. 8

    Add rest of ingredients

  9. 9

    Bake in 350° oven for 10-15 minutes

  10. 10

    Let cool before serving
