Cooking Instructions
- 1
Season Fillet with Salt &Pepper
- 2
Mix Herbs with Lemon Juice and Garlic and dress the fillet. Allow to Marinade for 30mins.
- 3
Heat the Olive Oil and Butter in and pan.
- 4
Place Fillet skin side down and cook while pouring hot oil and butter over the top of the of the fish for 7 Minutes.
- 5
Flip over an additional 3 Minutes and serve with sides of your choice. (Green Salad and Spicy Rice shown in pic)
