  • Vatan (paste)
  • 1 bowldry coconut
  • 1 tbspcoriander
  • 5lasun
  • Small piece of adrak
  • 1 tbspdalya
  • For curry
  • 1 tbspoil
  • 1 tspjeera
  • 1 tsphing
  • 1 tspchopped curipatta
  • 2 tbspvarhadi masala
  • 1 tspturmeric
  • 1 tbspred chilli powder
  • as per tasteSalt

Steps

  1. 1

    Cooker leke usme tel garam karein.

  2. 2

    Usme jeera, curipatta, hing ka tadka de. Aur upar bataya hua paste bhun le.

  3. 3

    Usme varhadi masala, lal mirch aur haldi dalke mix karein.

  4. 4

    Abhi usme chicken dalke mix karein aur 3 cup pani dale. Namak dale aur 3 siti tak pakaye.
