Chocolate and peanut fudge brownie

In a mixing bowl,take 200g condensed Milk, milk and 50g butter and mix it.

Sieve Maida, baking powder, baking soda and cocoa powder and add it to the mixing bowl.

Mix all the ingredient and make the batter

Transfer the batter into a greased cake tin and bake the brownie in a preheated oven for 25 minutes at 200°.

After 25 min check the brownies. If it is done, take out of the oven and let it cool to room temperature.

For the fudge, take 200g of condensed milk, and compound chocolate in a pan and mix it till all the chocolate is melted and add the cocoa powder and mix it. Turn off the flame and add the butter and peanuts to it.

Now, line the baking tray with a cling film and put the brownie first and spread the fudge mixture above it. Add some crushed peanuts and allow it to refrigerate for 2 hrs.

After 2 hrs, fudge is all set to the brownie. Cut it into pieces.

Fudge brownie is ready. Serve it with chocolate sauce and vanilla ice-cream.
