  1. 3 cupsSeedless and mashed date
  2. 3 cupsChopped Dry fruits
  3. (almond, cashew, coconut, raisin, pistachio,)
  4. 2 tspGhee

    ##Dry #fruit #laddoo Take 3 cups fav. dry fruits. Cut them into small pieces. I used almond, cashew, pistachio, lil melon seeds and lil grated coconut. Dry roast and set aside. Take 2 tsp desi ghee in pan. Add 3 cups of seedless mashed date (khajur). Saute 3-4 mint. on medium heat and add roasted dry fruit. Mix well and saute 2 min. You can also add raisins. Off the flame and make laddoos and serve.
