I grabbed this recipe from a cookbook of recipes I received from a family member. The recipe was actually for a peach cobbler.

For fruit

Combine blueberries, cornstarch and sugar, mix well

Pour into a greased 9 x 13 inch baking pan.

For crust

Combine flour, egg yolks, baking powder, and sugar; mix well.

Gently fold in beaten egg whites into batter.

Spread over fruit.

Bake at 375 ° for almost 45 minutes or until the fruit is bubbling around edges and top is golden.
