Stir-Fried Beef n' Noodles
One of my grandma's recipes. Hope you enjoy!
Steps

Mix soy sauce, sherry, garlic, and green onions.

Slice the steak thin, diagonally across the grain.

Toss meat in marinade; cover and chill at least 1 hour. Turn occasionally.

Strain meat, save marinade but separate onions.
- 5
Start cooking noodles.

Heat 2 tbs. oil in wok or large skillet.

Add meat and stir-fry about 5 minutes. Remove meat and juices. Add juices to the marinade.

Add remaining oil; stir-fry green onions and carrots for 3 minutes; add mushrooms and bamboo shoots and stir-fry 2 minutes longer.

Reduce heat to moderate low; add peas and meat and stir-fry 2 minutes.

Mix juices, marinade and cornstarch; add to wok with drained noodles. Cook 1 minute.
