Crack eggs in the bowl ,add half tbs of soy sauce ,beat and thinnly fry on medium heat ,from 5 eggs ,try to make it 3 batches,set aside to let it cool

Roll fried eggs ,thinny slice,also sliced pepper,chop chieves

Add coconut milk in pan,let simmer until reduce 1/3 it will a little thicken,add red sauce,follow with noodles,stir to let it warm evenly and absorb all sauce,heat off
