I was at home today, bored from watching movies and a little hungry so I went looking in the fridge and this is what I came up with.

I was at home today, bored from watching movies and a little hungry so I went looking in the fridge and this is what I came up with.

Ingredients

1 oz12 steak strip
1 cupRay Rays bbq sauce
1/3 cupDales steak seasoning sauce
1 dashSalt
1 dashPepper
2Potatoes-qtr cut
1/4 cupMcCormick Bacon pieces
3 sliceAmerican cheese

Steps

Add Dales, Ray Rays bbq sauce, and bacon pieces for a marinade steak. (Suggest doing couple hours before cook time).

Preheat oven at 375°

After marinating the steak get a pan and place the steak and remaining marinade in to center of the pan. And then add the qtr cut potatoes seasoned with salt and black pepper around the steak filling the rest of the pan.

Cover pan with with alumni foil and then place in preheated oven at 375° 1hour and check on dish every 20 minutes.

When finally done add cheese to the potatoes and let melt then get ready to feast.
