Ingredients

  1. 100 gramssemolina
  2. 30 gramsbutter
  3. 1salt
  4. 1nutmeg
  5. 250 mlmilk
  6. 1 largeegg

Cooking Instructions

    In a pot heat up milk, nutmeg and salt.

    Slowly let semolina fload in, then blend until it forms a ball and gets off the pot itsself.

  3. 3

    Let cool. Then mix in the egg.

  4. 4

    In a pot cook water with salt. Place dumplings and let them cook for a few minutes.

  5. 5

    Serve to slaughter's soup or any other clear soup.
