Grease a muffin tray with melted butter using a pastry brush

Place a spoonful of veggies in each cup

Add a spoonful of grated cheese to the veggies

Add salt and black pepper powder to the beaten eggs

Now carefully fill up the muffin cups with the egg batter leaving some room on top

Bake at 180 degree celcius for 12-15 mins until done

Serve warm with ketchup and toast
