Ingredients

  1. 1 bunchbhaji
  2. 2tomato
  3. 1onion
  4. 1 tbspcrushed ginger garlic
  5. to tasteSalt
  6. 2 tspdhuli Urad daal
  7. 1 tspRed chilli powder
  8. 1/2 tspturneric powder
  9. 11/2 tspcoriander powder
  10. 1 tbsp (or more if required) Oil
  11. 1-2 tbspwater
  12. 1 tspcumin seeds
  13. 1 tbspchopped coriander leaves

Steps

  1. 1

    Chop bhaji finely

  2. 2

    In a pan heat oil crackle cumin seeds.now add dhuli urad daal and roast it till brown.

  3. 3

    Add chopped onion then ginger garlic saute it

  4. 4

    Add spices and salt

  5. 5

    Add chopped tomato let it cook for some time

  6. 6

    Now add bhaji and little water

  7. 7

    Allow it to cook completely till soft.

  8. 8

    Delicious bhaji ready to be served.garnish with chopped coriander leaves.
