Ingredients

  1. 1big bowl chickpeas(soaked overnight)
  2. 3chopped onion
  3. 3chopped tomatoes
  4. 7-8garlic cloves
  5. 1 pieceginger chopped
  6. 2green chilli
  7. 2 tbsoil
  8. 1 tspamchur powder
  9. 1/2 tspdry ginger powder
  10. 1 tspred chilli powder
  11. to tastesalt
  12. 2black cardamoms
  13. 4green cardamoms
  14. 2 piececinnamon stick
  15. 1/2 tspCoriander seeds
  16. 2-3cloves(laung)
  17. 8-9black pepper seeds
  18. 1 piecenutmeg
  19. 1bay leaf

Steps

  1. 1

    Cooker mein chickpeas(soaked)ko daal kar usme halka sa salt daal kar paani and 1tea beg daal kar boil karenge...4-5siti aane tak..

  2. 2

    Ab ek pan mein black cardamom,green cardamom,cinnamon stick,Coriander seeds,black pepper seeds,half nutmeg,cloves ko dry roast kar ke usko grind kar lenge..

    Ab ek pan mein oil daal kar usme chopped onion daal kar halka sa saute krenge..

  4. 4

    Ab usme garlic,ginger,green chilli and tomatoes daal kar saute karein..

  5. 5

    Jab tomatoes pak jaayen tb us mixture ko thanda kar ke uska paste bana lein..

  6. 6

    Ab kadahi mein thoda oil daalen and usme 1 bay leaf daal kar tomato onion voila paste daal kar halka sa paani add karein or 2-3min pakayen..

  7. 7

    Ab usm amchur powder,dry ginger powder,chilli powder,salt daal kar mix karein and phir usme chickpeas daal kar paani daalen and 10-15 min pakayen and ab garammasala(jo hmne bnaya tha)use daalen and 2min or pakayen and serve karein...
