I love chili so much. Living in California we don't have many cold days. Yesterday night was really cold so I decided Chili would be perfect!

I love chili so much. Living in California we don't have many cold days. Yesterday night was really cold so I decided Chili would be perfect!
Cooking Instructions

1.Heat large pot medium high heat add olive oil chopped bellpeppers, garlic and onions sautee all together until soft

Add Ground turkey to chopped vegetables cook until browned
- 3
Add pinto beans pureed tomatoes and chicken broth and seasonings cook on medium high heat until it comes to a boil. Lower heat and let simmer for 30 minutes. Then serve.

This is another great recipe from Cook’s Illustrated. Be sure to use 93 percent lean ground turkey, not 99 percent fat-free ground turkey breast, in this recipe. Corn tortillas add flavor and help thicken the chili.
