Peel the potatoes, and cut into segments according to how large you want your roasters

Place in a saucepan of water, bring to the boil and simmer for 10 minutes

Drain potatoes, and place on a foil covered baking tray
4

Drizzle with oil and roast in oven for 35-40 mins
