Ingredients

  • 1package mushrooms
  • 1sliced green pepper
  • 1sliced yellow pepper
  • 1sliced red pepper
  • 2 tbspolive oil
  • 1/4 tspsalt
  • 1 cupshredded mozzerela
  • 1 tsporegano
  • 1/2 tspblack pepper
  • 1thinly sliced onion

Steps

  1. 1

    In a skillet heat oil add in peppers and onions and sauteed until tender

  2. 2

    Add mushrooms and salt and sauteed until all liquid evaporates n veggies are tender (approximately 3-5 minutes)

  3. 3

    Place prepared crust on pizza pan top with cheese and vegetables.

  4. 4

    Sprinkle with oregano and black pepper

  5. 5

    Bake in a 450° until golden brown (8-12minutes)
