Add one teaspoon of spice mixture to the chicken. This spice mixture is made of two teaspoons of oregano, 3 teaspoons of pepper and two teaspoons of chilli flakes. Add corn flour and egg white to the chicken pieces with some salt. Fry them in oil for 2 to 3 mins and keep aside

Boil the tomato for 5 mins and make a paste out if it

Add oil to a heated pan, add sliced garlic and fry them until light brown. Add onions and fry till golden brown

Now add the tomato puree and reduce it to half. Once done add the remaining spice mixture and adjust salt. Add the fried chicken

Now add the pasta and mix well. I had added the left over egg yolk to mine before adding pasta

Mix well and garnish with some spring onions
