Ingredients

  1. pie mixture
  2. 1 cupwhole milk
  3. 1 cupheavy cream
  4. 1 1/4 cupshredded sweetened coconut
  5. 1 1/2 cupflour
  6. 4 largeeggs
  7. 2 tsppure vanilla
  8. 5 tbspbutter, cut into small chunks
  9. 2 ozfull fat cream cheese
  10. 3/4 cupsugar
  11. 4 dashof allspice

    Preheat oven to 350°F.

  2. 2

    Butter and flour a 9" pie pan.

  3. 3

    In a blender add all ingredients except for allspice.

  4. 4

    Pulse 10 times, then blend 10 seconds.

  5. 5

    Pour into pie plate. Add on dashes of allspice. Put plate on cookie sheet and cook for 55 minutes.

  6. 6

    Cool 1 hour than refrigerate 1 more hour. Then serve and enjoy.
