Ingredients

  1. Narthanga 2 in number
  2. 100 gmsred chilli powder
  3. 4 teaspoonssalt
  4. 1 teaspoontamarind powder, mustard
  5. 150 mlginjelly oil

Cooking Instructions

    Finely chop the Narthanga.

    In a frying pan add oil. Add mustard allow to crack. Then add chopped pieces. Add salt and tamarind powder. Add Red chilli powder.

    Cook for 10-15 minutes till becomes soft. At one stage the oil wull come at the top. Stop cooking.

    Preserve it in pet jar. It will last for 2-3 months with freshness.
