Ingredients

  1. 2boiled potatoes
  2. 1chopped green chilli
  3. 1 tbspchopped green coriander
  4. 1 tbspchat masala
  5. 1 pinchhing
  6. 1/2 tbspred chilli powder
  7. 1 bowlwheat flour dough
  8. To tastesalt
  9. as neededGhee

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Boiled potatoes ko mash kre,chopped green coriander,chilli or sbhi masale ache se milaye.

    Dough se roti belkr aalu ki filling kre.

  3. 3

    Roti ko bind ker paratha bel le.

  4. 4

    Tawe ko ghee se grease kre or parathe ko both sides se golden brown kre.
