  1. Seasonal veggies
  2. 1 cupCauliflower
  3. 1/2 cupSpring onion
  4. 1 cupCarrot
  5. 1Capsicum
  6. Salt as per taste
  7. Black pepper as per taste
  8. Oil as per your require ment

    Wash and cut all the veggies and keep it aside. Take a sauce pan.

  2. 2

    Put some oil in it and heat it. Add black pepper and salt. Stir it with spatula. add all the veggies and mix it.

  3. 3

    Let it simmer for some time. Serve hot..!!
