Ingredients

  1. 300 g.mBoil potatoes
  2. your taste accordingSalt
  3. 1/4 table spoonred chilli powder
  4. 1 table spooncoriander powder
  5. 1 table spoongrated ginger
  6. 2finely chopped green chillies
  7. 2 table spoonfinely chopped green coriander
  8. 1/4 table spoonmango powder
  9. 2 cupWheat flour

Cooking Instructions

    We have taken 2 cup Wheat flour in a big bowl. Add 1/2 tablespoons spoon Salt and 1 tablespoons spoon oil to it.

    Mix will and than add water in small portion to knead soft dough.

    Cover and keep the dough aside for 20 to 25 mint.

    Mean while let us prepare the stuffing for paratha.

    Now mix spices to these crumbled potatoes and mix everything really well.

    So we have taken dough equal to one lemon size.

    Roll out the dough ball into 3 to 4 inch diameter rounds.

    Top it up with stuffing equal to then quantity of dough taken.

    Lift the dough from all sides and close the stuffing ready well.

    Make sure you roll out the paratha gently to get perfect ones.

    Parathe ko ache se tawe pe saake le. Aalu ke Parathe curd ke sath serve karein.
