I got this recipe from my host mother, Tina, over 10 years ago. I modified the reipe a little bit to make it easy. Every time I bring this potato salad to a potluck, people ask me for the recipe... so here we go :)

7 mediumpotatoes ( Yukon Gold, Red, or White)
3eggs
1/2white onion
2stalks of cerely
5branches of fresh dill
Dressing
4 ozmayonnaise
4 ozsour cream
5 tbspseed style Dijon or Horseradish mustard
2 tsplemon juice or vinegar
2 tspsalt
1/2 tspblack pepper

Boil potatoes until tender but still firm.

Make hard-boiled eggs.

In a large bowl, combine the sour cream, mayonnaise, mustard, lemon juice, salt and pepper.

Chop onion, celery, and egg whites. Crush the egg yolk with a tablespoon. Pick out the tender dill leave. Combine these with dressing.

Peel and cut the potatoes into bite size while they are warm. Add them to the bowl and stir gently.

Cover and chill before serving.
