Ingredients

  1. Beef Guinness
  2. 500 gramsBeef pieces
  3. 1onion chopped
  4. 1Carrot chopped
  5. 2 stickcelery chopped
  6. 3potatoes chopped roughly
  7. 1 canGuinness 500 ml
  8. 1stock beef cube
  9. 50 gramsFlour
  10. 1 pinchsalt & pepper
  11. 15 mloil

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Heat crock pot and add Guinness, stock and carrots.

  2. 2

    Put beef pieces, salt and pepper in a freezer bag with flour. Shake.

  3. 3

    Heat fry pan with oil and add entire contents of freezer bag.

  4. 4

    Brown meat, add onion and celery.

  5. 5

    Add browned beef and contents of fry pan, including flour, to crock pot.

  6. 6

    Cook on high for 4 hours or low for 6 or more hours.
