  1. 2 largezucchini diced
  2. 28 ozdiced tomatoes
  3. 1 pintsbroth
  4. 1/2 tspsalt
  5. 1/4 tspbasil
  6. 1/4 cupchopped parsley
  7. 1/4 cuptomato paste
  8. 1/4 cupbutter
  9. 2 1/2 tbsphoney
  10. 1/4 tspcayenne pepper

Steps

  1. 1

    In a pan mix all the ingredients

    Simmer covered 15 minutes. Then uncover.

  3. 3

    Simmer uncovered 25 minutes stirring occasionally.

  4. 4

    Let sit 10 minutes. Serve hope you enjoy!
